We offer typically double bedrooms, mostly with en-suite facilities, in fully-refurbished well-specified houses through Pershore Road (close to Kings Norton train station usually on the main bus routes in to Birmingham City Centre) to the Cadbury's area of Bournville close to Bournville train station.

All of our properties meet the latest fire safety requirements (and usually well beyond them), including sprinkler systems being in all of the houses with more than 4 bedrooms. If appropriate properties are all correctly licensed as HMO's by the Council.

You'd be sharing some communal facilties (kitchen, lounge, sometimes a bathroom) with like-minded young professionals, all of whom will have been vetted by us for your safety and security.

We only have a muinimum stay of 4 weeks and charge rent on a weekly basis. Your weekly charges will include council tax, gas, water and electricity. The only extra you might want is your own TV license (as there will be a lock on your door for your safety and security, the TV licensing people insist you have your own license).

Rooms start from as low as £65 per week and come furnished (although you can bring your own furniture and we'll take ours out), up to £120 per week (for which you can expect a sizeable double bedroom- typically a loft room, in first class condition with your own high-quality en-suite.
